The order of the presentations will be determined by lottery. Each team will have approximately 20 minutes for their presentation and questions from the judges. The judges will have received one of your written copies of the plan before the oral presentations. If the timing creates schedule conflicts for you, you should address them far in advance. You will not be considered for the award if you can not make the presentation.
While not required, multimedia enhances the professionalism of the presentation and the judge's impression of the presenters. In addition to the overall evaluation criteria described above, the presentation may also be evaluated in the following ways:
- Were elements of multimedia used appropriately?
- Did the presentation have polish and style?
- Were the key points of plan covered?
- Were key the points made effectively?
