Voter Registration Information

One of the most basic ways for citizens to participate in democracy is voting.

In their statement Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship: A Call to Political Responsibility the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops say, “…responsible citizenship is a virtue, and participation in political life is a moral obligation…”

Saint Michael's College encourages all students to register to vote.

The US Election Assistance Commission has a Web site that provides information and application forms for voter registration most states.  Click here to access the National Mail Voter Registration form.

For Vermont residents the Voter Registration form and instructions are at the Secretary of State’s Elections Web page.
