What do you enjoy most about being an admission counselor?
I enjoy being the person to introduce students to Saint Michael's College. St. Mike's is more than a collection of buildings in a beautiful setting. It is an amazing community and a place where students get a first class education. It's great to meet motivated students who really care about receiving a great education and having an active college experience.
Best tip for students coming for a campus visit:
Go for the full experience! While on campus, stop an SMC student to ask them why they chose St. Mike's. Check out downtown Burlington, especially Church Street with its amazing shops, restaurants and street performers; the waterfront and the beautiful 'outdoors' that surround the campus. The whole package is unparalleled in my opinion!
Best tip for students applying to Saint Michael's:
Definitely take the time to visit our campus! You will experience what exactly it is that sets us apart from other schools. If you can't make it, check out our virtual tour! Also, check us out on facebook, twitter and our students' blogs to get a good idea of what's happening on campus!
Testimonial:
I am proud to be a part of such a strong academic, socially responsible college. The emphasis on social justice and the beautiful setting really makes St. Mike's unique.
