Leah Bolger - President, Veterans for Peace View All Events After serving in the Navy for 20 years, Commander Leah Bolger retired and became the first female president of Veterans for Peace. She has testified before state and federal officials and worked on VFP national campaigns. Her talk is part of the Burlington Peace and Justice Center's Cost of War series and is co-sponsored by the Will Miller Social Justice Lecture Series and the Saint Michael's Peace and Justice Club.
