Meet The Program Director
Joanne LaBrake Muehlberger directs the Saint Michael’s College Internship Program and was the co-director of the Center for Organizational Development at the College from 1984 - 2002. She also serves on the faculty of the M.S.A., teaching Professional Effectiveness, Managerial Presentations, Women in Leadership and Team Development.
Joanne maintains strong ties to the business community through her work as a corporate consultant, designing and delivering management and leadership training programs to businesses.
Among her corporate clients are: Ben & Jerry's, IDX Corporation, Burlington Electric, Mylan Technologies, Champlain Water District, IBM, National Life Group, Merchants Bank, Pizzagalli Construction, Vermont Gas Systems and NRG Systems.
Her areas of expertise are communication, public speaking and professional development. Joanne has training in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the Malcom Baldridge Certification Programs. She is also a volunteer consultant for the United Way Loaned Executive Program. Her extensive corporate experience combined with her graduate teaching enhances the overall credibility of the Saint Michael's College Internship Program.
