Vice President for Finance and Treasurer
The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer (VPF), located in Salmon Hall, oversees the fiscal needs of the campus. The VPF's office manages all the areas listed below, and is also responsible for the day-to-day work on property and casualty insurance coverage and claims and rental property oversight.
Accounting and Budget Office
The Accounting and Budget Office is also located in Salmon Hall. This office provides financial information about the College for both internal and external use, and is responsible for the development and monitoring of capital and operating budgets and the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports. In addition, compliance activities coordinated by this office include information security, grants administration, and compliance with other relevant regulations.
The Business Services Department oversees the purchasing process, contract administration, college insurance programs, and manages the campus store, printing services, the post office and dining services.
Student Financial Services and Collection
Student Financial Services is located in the Founders Hall Annex, and provides the timely and accurate billing of tuition, fees, room and board for students. The department is also responsible for all financial aid programs.
Conferences and Special Events
The Conferences and Special Events office coordinates meetings and special events for students, faculty, and staff, as well as on-campus conferences for other businesses and non-profit organizations and celebrations/special events for alumni and friends.
