Reunion Giving

reunion 2013Reunions at Saint Michael's College have a long history of reconnecting classmates with the College they love, and of rekindling many lifelong friendships. When graduates arrive the Champlain Valley for Saint Michael's Reunion Weekend, they celebrate not only their shared experience as Saint Michael's students and alumni, but also their partnership with the College and its future.

Many alumni mark this milestone with a special gift. These gifts, while commemorating the reunion, are also a show of continued support for Saint Michael's College and its educational mission. The increased participation in the Reunion gift campaign, coupled with the significant gifts of many class members during the Reunion year, make a total impact that serves as a rallying point not only for classmates, but also for all of the Saint Michael’s community. Gifts from you and your classmates will be recognized at a ceremony on Saturday morning of your reunion.

Today, your alma mater needs your help to continue offering the same opportunities for current students that we were able to enjoy. Approximately 88% of current Saint Michael's students receive financial aid from the college directly, and gifts to the Saint Michael’s Fund are one of the key ways that financial assistance is funded. Our ability to provide scholarships to potential students also keeps us competitive with other colleges. From scholarships and academic research opportunities to student life and volunteer activities, the Saint Michael’s Fund serves as the best vehicle for ensuring our donations remain responsive and able to support the highest priorities of Saint Michael’s, that being the pressing needs of students.

No matter how small or large the gift, each and every donation makes a real difference in the daily life and promising future of Saint Michael's students. Your tax-deductible reunion gift can be made securely online or by calling 888.448.7111, option 4.
