Requesting a Purchase Order

Purchasing Transactions

College purchases are made using:

  • College purchasing cards
  • Purchase orders.

A Request to Order form is required to purchase items or services that cannot be paid for with the College purchasing card.  You may fax a completed and signed form to X2331, send it via campus mail to SMC Box 261 or bring the form to our office in Salmon Hall, Room 102.  The Purchasing Department will create a purchase order and complete the transaction with the vendor.
