PREFERRED LODGING VENDOR
The College has a preferred lodging vendor agreement with the Doubletree Hotel (a member of the Hilton Hotel, Inc), of South Burlington, Vt. Their phone number is 802.658.0250. You may make your reservations online at the preferred Saint Michael's College rates that are embedded in the online reservation system. These rates apply to all invited guests to Saint Michael's College.
You will need to utilize a credit card to secure reservations. Your Saint Michael's College Purchasing Card is the tool to be used to make reservations.

The College has an agreement with the Days Inn, Colchester, VT, which is located across the street from the entrance to the College. Phone: 802.655.0900.
Standard rooms (one queen or two double beds), single or double occupancy, year round, any day of the week are available at the following rate:
$55 plus $1 room safe charge = $56 per day
These rates include continental breakfast and daily maid service.
The rates above do not apply to the efficiency suites which are available at the Days Inn - Colchester.
Once you have called the Days Inn to tentatively reserve a room, you will need to complete a Request to Order form and forward it to the Purchasing Department. Please indicate the reservation number, dates of visit, and name of the person who will be staying at the hotel.
The Purchasing Department will create a Purchase Order and fax it to the Days Inn to confirm your reservation. The Days Inn will not confirm a reservation without this Purchase Order.
Without a Purchase Order, the guest will be responsible for payment.
