Meeting Spaces

The Saint Michael’s College campus has a wide range of meeting facilities to fit your group’s size and budget.

Cashman Conference Complex
The Cashman Conference Complex consists of our three newest, most modern facilities--Cashman, Pontigny and Canterbury Halls--which are located just inside the main campus entrance. The buildings house a total of 380 guests and have abundant meeting and event facilities, including a fireplaced Great Room, two large seminar rooms and two smaller lounges.

McCarthy Arts Center Recital Hall 
Capacity up to 337 
Tiered, upholstered theater seating in an acoustically-rich theater environment ideal for lectures or performance.
 
Technology-Rich Classrooms
Capacity up to 44
Includes instructor's podium with touchpad controls, LCD projectors and smartboards.

Hoehl Welcome Center
Capacity up to 80
A showcase conference room with glass doors, a cathedral ceiling and state-of-the-art technology for sophisticated audio-visual presentations.

Classrooms
Capacity 12 - 108
Many come with TV/VCR/DVD and LCD projectors, or can be outfitted similarly.

Hall of Fame Room
Capacity up to 40
Located in the Ross Sports Center.

Vermont Room
Capacity up to 60
Located in the Alliot Student Center and equipped with ceiling-mounted LCD projector.
 
Farrell Room
Capacity up to 52
An elegant, chandeliered meeting space, complete with mountain views.

International Commons
Capacity up to 80
Features a full kitchen. Ideal for banquets, rehearsal dinners or awards ceremonies. Can be divided into smaller rooms for breakout sessions.
 
Green Mountain Dining Room
Capacity up to 535
Ideal for larger banquets. Featuring catering by Sodexho.
 
Ross Sports Center  
Ideal for major speakers, festivals or expositions. Standing capacity up to 2500. Seated capacity up to 3000.

Outdoor Events  
Tents or canopies can be arranged for sports tournaments and other outdoor events. Recreational amenities such as tennis courts and our pool may also be available for rent.
