Vice President for Finance and Treasurer
The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer (VPF), located in Salmon Hall, oversees the fiscal and physical needs of the campus. The VPF’s office manages all the areas listed below, as well as the College's Physical Plant. The VPF’s office is also responsible for the day-to-day work on property and casualty insurance coverage and claims and rental property oversight.

Accounting and Budget Office
The Accounting and Budget Office is also located in Salmon Hall. This office provides financial information about the College to both internal and external customers, and is responsible for the development and monitoring of capital and operating budgets and the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports. In addition, compliance activities coordinated by this office include information security, grants administration and compliance with other relevant regulations.

Student Financial Services
Student Financial Services is located in the Founders Hall Annex, and provides the timely and accurate billing of tuition, fees, room and board for students. Student Accounts is also responsible for the timely collection of these fees. The department administers the Perkins loan portfolio and works very closely with the Financial Aid Office regarding student accounts.

Cashier
The Cashier's Office accepts payments on student accounts and deposits from various departments, processes petty cash requests from employees and performs check cashing for students and employees.
The Cashier is located on the second floor of Alliot Hall, and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Business Services
The Business Services Department oversees the purchasing process, contract administration, college insurance programs, and manages the campus store, printing services, the post office and dining services.
