Currently, all women employees of the College are automatically members of the Women's Caucus and can call on it for support and advice. Ongoing activities of the Caucus are overseen by the Steering Committee, which consists of a dozen or more volunteers working on various projects, such as our mentoring program and lunch-time work/family discussions.
