Joanne LaBrake Muehlberger coordinates the Internship Program and is Co-Director of the Center for Organizational Development at Saint Michael’s College. As Co-Director since 1984 she administrates the center and works as a corporate consultant, designing and delivering management and leadership training programs to businesses.
Among the center’s clients are Ben & Jerry’s, Burlington Electric, Mylan Technologies, Champlain Water District, IBM, IDX, Merchants Bank, Skis Dynastar and Vermont Gas Systems. She is also on the faculty of the graduate Business Program, teaching Professional Effectiveness, Managerial Presentations, Women in Leadership and Team Development.
Her areas of expertise are communication, public speaking and professional development. Joanne has training in Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the Malcomb Baldridge Certification Programs. She is also a volunteer consultant for the United Way Loaned Executive Program. Ms. Muehlberger's extensive corporate experience combined with her graduate teaching enhances the overall credibility of the Saint Michael’s College Internship Program.
