Public Address System

The public address system is solely used to notify patrons in the library of approaching closing times, emergency information, etc. The system will not to be used to page individual users for any reason, except in the case of emergencies.

If the situation occurs that a phone call is received for a user with the request to page and it is falsely stated that it is an emergency situation, the name of the student receiving the call and the caller's name, if known, will be referred to Student Affairs for disciplinary action.
