The Air Force ROTC program is offered to Saint Michael's students at Norwich University (AFROTC) which offers superior pre-professional opportunities to future career Air Force Officers, has both two- and four-year programs.

Army ROTC is offered to Saint Michael's students through partnership with the University of Vermont. The Army ROTC program offers young men and women the opportuntiy to develop leadership and management skills leading to an officer commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army, Army Reserves or Army National Guard. The four-year Military Studies program consists of a two-year Basic Course and a two-year Advanced Course.
