Q: What are the most important factors that are considered when evaluating an application?
A:
A student’s academic record is the most important factor upon which an academic decision is based.
We look most favorably upon students who take a fourth year of math and science, at least two-to-three years of foreign language, select honors or Advanced Placement courses and who maintain a B or better average. Other important factors are SATs, extracurricular activities, writing submissions and recommendations.
