Students are very active on campus. The Student Life page outlines the various programs students participate in such as student government, the campus radio station, community service, the Martin Luther King Society, yearbook, the literary magazine, drama, dance, singing, bands, the Wilderness Program, 21 varsity sports and intramurals. Students also take advantage of our beautiful location -- hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding in the beautiful Green Mountains. Students enjoy the cultural aspects of Burlington along with the social activities of a vibrant college town.
Through the all-access Smugglers' Notch Program, full time undergraduate students in good academic standing have access to a ski/snowboarding pass at Smuggler's Notch Ski Resort in Jeffersonville, Vermont for a $30 activation fee. Weekend transportation to the mountain is also provided.
Through the Cultural Pass, full time undergraduate students in good academic standing can experience the Burlington arts scene at the Flynn Center for Performing Arts. The Flynn Center is a nationally renowned performing arts venue offering the best in jazz, hip hop, world music, dance, American roots music, Broadway tours and more. For just a $30 activation fee, the Cultural Pass gives Saint Michael's students free access to each event in the Flynn Center's regular season as well as to select special events.
