    • Q:   What is the alcohol policy and do students drink?
    • A:   The drinking age in the state of Vermont is 21. Underage students caught drinking on campus must face disciplinary action that will depend on the severity of the incident.

The goal of Saint Michael’s is to provide students with alternatives on the weekends and evenings (dances, comedians, coffeehouses, etc.) and to teach students who are of legal drinking age that moderate consumption of alcohol is a safer and more responsible action. Alcohol is allowed in college townhouses where all residents are 21 or over.
