    • Q:   Does Saint Michael’s offer a study abroad program?
    • A:   All students are strongly encouraged to spend at least one semester taking undergraduate classes in an international environment and, in fact, about 30% of Saint Michael’s students do so.

Students work with the Study Abroad Office to make certain that their program of study abroad courses and credits are directly applied toward graduation requirements at Saint Michael’s. Students pay Saint Michael's semester fees when they study abroad and financial aid (except work study) is applied.

Programs are offered in almost every continent in the world with varying degrees of language immersion. Students of all majors may apply for a study abroad program. Applicants must have a 2.8 minimum GPA, approval of their department and of the study abroad committee.
