What do you find most rewarding about working with graduate students? It is always a celebration when students gets their first teaching positions and are happy with their new role.

What is your favorite class to teach, and why? I really enjoy watching student growth during the final Special Education Practicum. They pull together knowledge and experiences from all of their coursework and apply it to the real situations in their schools.
