What do you like most about teaching/working at Saint Michael's College?
I love working at Saint Michael’s. It is a relaxed yet committed atmosphere with dedication to the students. I love the “family” environment as well as the richness of working in academia.
What do you like about Saint Michael's students?
Mostly I see students not being afraid to be vulnerable and show themselves, which can be a painful and difficult thing to do. I see courage every day as the students face numerous challenges associated with finding a balance between being emerging adults and seeking independence, and needing structure and emotional “holding.” There is enormous courage on this campus, and it comes in many forms.
