Testimonial:
At Saint Michael's you feel a part of the community, and not just a face in the crowd.
Why did you decide to come to Saint Michael's?
I wanted to be able to get to know a lot people, including professors, and this is a perfect school for that.
What was a favorite class at Saint Michael's?
My favorite course would have to be my voice lessons because I am a voice major. Another class that I really enjoyed was Opera. It is a music history course taught by Professor Lew. Through this class I learned how to critique dramatic operas. It was a challenging class as we studied nearly 11 operas, but it was very informational.
What do you like to do outside of the classroom?
Chorale, Chamber Singers, recitals, French Club, MOVE (Mobilization of Volunteer Efforts), operas, musicals, intramural soccer and Honors Committee
What do you plan to do after graduation?
I plan to get my master's in voice pedagogy/performance.
What would you say to prospective students considering Saint Michael's College?
Saint Michael's is a great place filled with a variety of opportunities. I have been given so many opportunities musically, thanks to my professors, that I would have never been able to experience at a larger college.
