Testimonial: I appreciate the opportunity to be able to regularly meet with my professors for help and to get to know them better.

What was a favorite class at Saint Michael's? I have two. The first is one of my sociology courses I took during my sophomore year. It introduced me to various theories of humans and society from an underlying moral perspective. My second favorite class is Organic Chemistry. It's a very organized and intellectual field of chemistry, particularly because it revolves around the biological aspect of chemistry, which is what I'm interested in pursuing.

Have you had any internship or study abroad experiences? The summer after my first year I interned at the UMass Medical School in the cancer biology department, where I studied integrins and prostate cancer.

What do you like to do outside of the classroom? I enjoy reading classic novels, playing soccer and Frisbee, as well as going biking and hiking. I also like attending concerts and guest talks on campus. I'm a regular theatergoer and I enjoy taking advantage of the Cultural Pass that Saint Michael's offers for the Flynn theater showings.

What would you say to prospective students considering Saint Michael's College? If you want a college with a nice, friendly environment whose professors live up to that standard, I would strongly suggest you visit and explore Saint Michael's. There is something special here that I felt the first time I visited the campus, and I continue to feel it each day.
