Testimonial:
At Saint Michael's, the small class sizes really enable you to establish a level of rapport and discussion with students. I learn as much from them as they do from me!
What is your favorite class to teach, and why?
Introductory Anthropology because I enjoy the process of discovery that most students seem to go through in the class. Part of this class always includes "fieldwork" and students have the opportunity to do service work in a range of diverse cultural settings. The things they learn working with refugees, immigrants, and international students on campus are always more interesting than the material in the textbook alone.
