Policies - Reciprocal Borrowing

Students, faculty, and staff at Saint Michael's can check out books at the University of Vermont, Champlain College, and Middlebury College Libraries.

University of Vermont

Only a current KnightCard is required.  Up to 10 books may be checked out for up to 28 days.  For details see UVM Reciprocal Borrowing.

Champlain College

A KnightCard and an official letter from the Durick Library are required.  Up to 5 books may be checked out for up to 14 days.  For details see Vermont Colleges Reciprocal Borrowing.

Middlebury College

A KnightCard and an official letter from the Durick Library are required.  Up to 5 books may be checked out for up to 28 days.  For details see Vermont Colleges Reciprocal Borrowing.

Interlibrary Loan

Students, faculty, and staff may borrow items from libraries around the world via interlibrary loan.  There is no charge for this service.  Please allow two weeks for delivery.  For details see interlibrary loan.
