Student Responsibilities
The library is open 100 hours per week and relies on student workers to ensure that the building is properly staffed at all times. Library student workers are critical to the library operation and must adhere to specific work guidelines as outlined in our Library Student Responsibilities form.

Employment Forms and Identification
Any student who plans to work on campus must report to the Human Resources Office to complete the required employment forms (I-9 and W-2), and to provide the appropriate identification. You will need either a passport, or 2 other forms of ID such as a license, an original birth certificate, or an original social security card.
Human Resources is located in the Klein Building.
Time sheet and Paycheck schedules
Students are paid bi-weekly. Time sheets are submitted every other Monday and students are paid on Friday. Checks are sent to a student's campus mailbox. If a student would like to make other arrangements about the disbursement of their check (i.e. direct deposit), they must contact the Human Resources office located in the Klein building.
