Winooski Youth Connection

The mission of Winooski Youth Connection is to provide the children of Winooski with a safe and fun environment. This will be done by dedicated members of the SMC community who will provide learning experiences through a variety of activities and programs for children of all ages, which will help create and foster relationships between the two communities.

Winooski Youth Connection is an after-school program through which Saint Michael’s students have the opportunity to design and run their own after-school activities. Students have the ability to choose the activity, the grade level (first through fifth), and the day of the week to run their program.
There are endless possibilities. Past projects include arts and crafts, sports and games, board games, and painting. Winooski Youth Connection is a great way for students who love working with children to gain some hands-on experience by planning activities and implementing them into their designed program.
