Dispatch Center
Telephone & Dispatch Services is the communication center for the entire campus.
Located in the Sutton Fire House across Route 15 from McCarthy Arts Center, it is staffed 24 hours a day and provides the Saint Michael's community with skilled dispatchers, answering a daily average of 650 calls. In addition, all calls for Saint Michael's Fire & Rescue are answered through Telephone & Dispatch Services.
Other services include:
- Answering calls from emergency phone boxes
- Coordinating assistance for people with vehicle problems on campus
- Helping students get doors unlocked to their rooms or certain labs
- Providing information about campus events and activities
- Directing calls to community members
- Administering keys to contractors
- Managing the campus lost and found

For non-emergency calls to the Public Safety office, dial 802.654.2374 (x2374). Contact Telephone & Dispatch Services directly at 802.654.2000 (or when on campus, "0" for operator).
