The Student health center is available during the semester on a walk-in or appointment basis. Call us at 802.654.2234 for more information or to schedule a visit.

Special Services

Allergy Injections - A schedule of injections and a written order by the student's home allergist or clinic must be on file. We are happy to store serum for students. Please call to check the current hours that allergy injections are given.

Women's Health Services - We offer complete gynecological exams for both routine and problem visits. We provide comprehensive testing, counseling, treatment and referral for all issues.

Sexually Transmitted Disease Testing - Students with questions, concerns or problems are invited to come to  Student Health Services for information, testing, counseling and/or treatment on a confidential basis.

Immunizations and Travel Services - Students can receive information about immunization recommendations, requirements and disease prevention for worldwide travel. Immunizations are available on site or by prescription.

Nutrition Counseling - We offer individual nutrition counseling for students with concerns or special needs.  Sessions are available by appointment with our registered dietician.

Psychiatric Mental Health Services- A psychiatric nurse practitioner is available by appointment for medication management and psychiatric evaluations.

Smoking Cessation - We offer individual treatment for students who wish to quit smoking or explore the option of quitting.  Sessions are available by appointment with a nurse practitioner.

Education

We also offer one-on-one counseling on a variety of student health and wellness concerns, and provide ongoing health promotion guided by the following monthly topics:
