First year students (including first year transfers) are housed in Lyons, Joyce, Ryan Halls (three of the four similar brick buildings that make up the "quad") and Founders Hall. If more space is needed, students will be housed in upper-class housing on a temporary basis. The majority of our first year housing consist of double rooms.
Lyons Hall
- houses all first years male and female by floor and wing
- standard room size approximately 192 sq. ft.
Joyce Hall
- houses all first years male and female by floor and wing
- standard room size approx. 192 sq. ft.
Ryan Hall
- houses mostly first years and some upperclass male and female by floor and wing
- standard room size approx. 198 sq. ft.
Founders Hall
- houses mostly upperclass and some first years male and female by floor
- standard room size vary

Transfers (not including first year transfers) are housed in residential spaces with other current upper-class students. Upper-class housing consists of our main campus and north campus residence halls and apartments. North campus is located one mile from the main campus, and is served by a campus shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes from early morning to late evening.

Window and room measurements are all different. We suggest you wait until you arrive to purchase carpeting and window decor. Curtains will be approximately 72-83" in width and 63" long. The use of spring rods will eliminate any damage to the window casings which may result in a damage fine
