Information While You are Away

We maintain contact with most students when abroad. When you send us your study abroad address, we create a master list for you and the college to use. Many students change classes during on-site registration overseas and therefore contact the Study Abroad Office or the Registrar's Office for course change approvals. Many students send postcards or e-mails, and others send in Study Abroad Guest Columns for
the Echo.

We send a Mid-Semester Mailing to each student abroad:

    1. Pre-registration materials for the following semester

    2. A copy of the Defender

    3. Study Abroad Student Addresses List

    4. Letter to students from returned students back on campus

    5. Pre-Departure photos

    6. Study Abroad & Re-Entry suggestions
