| The Tarrant Recreational
Center is equipped with indoor tennis/basketball/volleyball courts,
a squash court, three racquetball courts, a fitness/free weight room,
an aerobics/dance studio, a natural rock-climbing wall and a one-eighth
mile suspended track. The adjoining Ross Sports Center contains basketball
courts, a swimming pool, team rooms, offices and the training room.
The use of the recreational facilities is open to all students.
Saint Michael's College is an NCAA Division II school and a member of the competitive Northeast 10 athletic conference. The College supports 21 varsity teams (11 for women and 10 for men). We also have an intramural and recreational sports program, which allows students to continue with athletics on a non-varsity level.
