Academic Programs

Since 1926, Saint Michael's College has been internationally known for high-quality graduate degree programs. Specifically designed for working professionals — with courses conveniently scheduled in the evenings — our programs offer the knowledge, skills, and personal attention adults need to develop personally and professionally.

We offer Graduate Programs in Education; Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL); and Clinical Psychology. In addition to our Master's Degree Programs, the College also offers numerous Vermont Teacher Licensure and Endorsement Programs, as well as a Post-Bachelor’s and a Post-Master’s Certificate.

Many of Saint Michael's graduate students are Vermonters—working professionals from all areas of business, education, industry, and government. Our students enrich their lives and their communities through scholarship and service. We also have a growing international population, representing numerous cultures, primarily here to achieve their Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Students move on from Saint Michael's with much more than a graduate degree. They leave with real-life experience in their fields, with a network of mentors and colleagues, with a deeper understanding of themselves; and with a drive to make their lives and the lives around them better.
