Associate Director for Collection Services

I've been a librarian at Saint Michael's since 1996.  Before coming to Vermont, I was a librarian at Indiana University, and a public librarian at urban libraries in Indianapolis, Indiana and Columbus, Ohio.

I am responsible for collection management and acquisitions at the Library.  I am particularly interested in data-driven and patron-driven collection development and enhanced student employment. I serve as co-advisor to Common Ground - Saint Michael's LGBTQIA+ student organization and I convene the Library's Diversity Committee.

In my free time I spend time in the sun, listen to country music, raise two sons with my wife Sandra and walk in the woods with our elderly labradoodle and bichon frise.

I am currently reading No One Is Coming to Save Us by Stephanie Powell Watts and White Houses by Amy Bloom.
