Best tip for students coming for a campus visit

Vermont is a long way for international students and families to travel, but well worth the effort and expense if you can manage it. You'll meet professors, see where you'll be living, and get a feel for the St. Mike's ethos. Spend some time in Burlington as well, as it could be your home for four years. Be sure to let me know when you're coming and I'll help you plan your trip.

What do you enjoy most about being an admission counselor?

I really enjoy meeting international students and their families in their home country and learning about where they're from.

Best tip for students applying to Saint Michael's

Find something about Saint Michael's that makes you to want to study here and tell us about it.

I've been repeatedly impressed by the maturity and leadership of students of St. Mike's. Particularly those who choose to be a part of things like the Fire and Rescue Team, the MOVE office for volunteering and social justice, and the Wilderness-Program, but really in all parts of the college. If you have an idea, interest, or passion, at St. Mike's you'll have the support and encouragement to take it as far as it can go.
