This training will highlight the philosophy of Avoid\, Deny\, Defend and will discuss strategies to recognize and survive an active shooter event.\n\nThe Faculty & Staff session will be on September 30th from 4-5 p.m. The student session will be on October 1st from 4-5 p.m.

This event\, co-sponsored by Be Well\, is called “Challenging Cultural Scripts to Increase Our Impact and Well-Being” and will be led by Dr. Stacey Diane A. Litman. There will be refreshments catered from Sarom’s Café. All MAT students and faculty teaching Monday evening classes will attend this workshop with their classes; all others are encouraged and welcome to attend as well!
