DESCRIPTION:Join us for the kick-off Nerd Knight event\, featuring a 20-minute keynote by Professor Mark Lubkowitz on “The Making of Superpowers: Genes and the Environment.” The presentation will blend personal insight and expertise with broader themes of equity\, inclusion\, and social justice. \nFollowing the talk\, student organizations and campus partners will host resource tables\, offering opportunities for involvement across campus. A light reception with food will provide space for informal conversation\, networking\, and community-building. \nThis initiative\, hosted by the Student Disability Advocacy Alliance (SDAA) and the Center for Student Diversity\, Empowerment\, and Community (DEC) to highlight underrepresented perspectives while strengthening connections within the Saint Michael’s College community.
