Facts and Stats about Saint Michael's College

  • Saint Michael’s is home to around 550 graduate students.

North Campus, less than a mile from Main, houses student residences and studio arts facilities as well as a dining center.
  • Dr. John J. (Jack) Neuhauser is the president of Saint Michael’s.
  • Saint Michael’s motto is “Quis ut Deus, ‘Who is like unto God.’” In art, Saint Michael the Archangel is often depicted carrying a shield emblazoned with Quis ut Deus, the Latin translation of his name in Hebrew.

  • Saint Michael’s has the only ESL Teacher Licensure Program in Vermont.
