Faculty Resources: All teaching faculty have been sent an invitation to join the Instructional Continuity Resources for Faculty Canvas course. All teaching faculty have also been invited to the Echo360 Training and Information Course. This course contains many short tutorial videos of only a few minutes each. If you have not accepted the invitation please do so. https://smcvt.instructure.com/courses/11605
Staff Resources: A link to the “Guide to Working from Home” has been sent to all staff via email. This is a collection of tools and best practices for working from home and includes tips for using SMC and personal computers. This guide is located on our IT portal page under the Knowledgebase tab. Please click here to review and reach out to the helpdesk with any questions. firstname.lastname@example.org
IT Services Status: While we strive to make a number of services available to you, issues occasionally arise that will reduce or remove access to these systems. When there is an interruption in service we will update the “Status” to reflect the severity of the outage, along with a note to give some additional context. Please check smcvt.edu/itstatus for any network issues.
