In this talk, we will share some of the details of our recent publications and showcase ongoing course enrichment efforts and other features of this initiative.

With initial support from the Saint Michael’s NSF S-STEM grant, our interdisciplinary group of faculty and students has explored relationships between mathematics and chemistry and encouraged more students to study both disciplines. For example, we have highlighted these interdisciplinary links through enhanced pedagogy for undergraduate mathematics (especially calculus) and chemistry courses.
