From the professional opportunities to the ice cream, Burlington is one of the top college towns in America.

Vermont is green, in more ways than one

Saint Michael’s is surrounded by the The Green Mountains, providing spectacular views of Camel’s Hump and Vermont’s highest peak, Mount Mansfield. The Adirondacks of New York are just across the lake.

You can venture off campus to go hiking, rock climbing, river and lake kayaking, and fly fishing. Our Adventure Sports Center will get you into the great outdoors in ways you might never have imagined (ice climbing, perhaps?). Even on campus you can explore the natural world, taking walks in the College’s Natural Area or exploring the Teaching Gardens.

People come from around the world to visit our part of Vermont.
