Earth Month Mindfulness w/ Be Well

April 10 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us (April 10th, April 17th, and April 24th from 1:00-2:00pm) on the Farm at SMC for guided, nature-based mindfulness meditation. Sessions include seated meditation, mindful movement, and other practices to help you slow down and connect with nature. All are welcome.. Modifications will be offered to meet the needs of mind and body. Hosted by: SMC Counseling Intern, Greg Hufford.
