Richard Leggett

Richard Leggett, St. Albans, VT, died June 1, 2024.

Rick was born in Burlington, VT, and worked for decades as a senior media supervisor for Saint Michael’s College. He absolutely loved his job and the interaction and relationships he built with the many students, faculty, and staff. Rick truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures and playing lead guitar for all his life in any bands that played throughout Vermont, New York and New Hampshire, as well as for CBC/Vibrant Church in South Burlington.

Rick also loved and looked forward to his time spent at deer camps and time hunting in the woods with family and friends. Through his love of music and nature, he made numerous lifetime friends and had the ability to reach people in a deep spiritual and positive way through his vibrant personality and talent.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Maureen, a son, a daughter, a brother, a sister and extended family.
