Saint Michael’s honors high schools’ ‘Unsung Heroes’
In honor of National Teacher Appreciation Week, Saint Michael’s College invited current first-year students to nominate heroic teachers from their high schools — the teachers who truly made a difference in their lives and inspired them to pursue higher education. Our students responded immediately with heartfelt words of praise for the teachers who had meant so much to them.
This year, Saint Michael’s is pleased to announce 57 Unsung Heroes from 54 schools in 10 states across 2 nations. These teachers were recognized and nominated because of their passion for teaching, ability to go above the call of duty, and taking time to connect with students.
