Judith A Flemer M’02

Judith A Flemer, Nevis, MN, died December 23, 2023.

Born in Washington, D.C., Judy was a traveler, both in her youth as a military daughter and through her later years, having lived in many places, including Maryland, Germany, Maine, Florida, New York, and Vermont, but she spent the last 15 years in Nevis MN.

Judy attended St. John’s College of Annapolis, MD, graduated from Iona College in New York, and later completed her Saint Michael’s master’s. Besides raising four children with 18 years between them, she was a teacher in Vermont and Minnesota. She always had a love of learning that she instilled in her children. She especially enjoyed being in nature, hiking and wildlife watching, and in her later years enjoyed traveling in her RV. She was also an avid gardener and an organic cook.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Edward, two sons, two daughters, a sister and extended family.
