On-Campus Student Employment

As part of the Life After College Strategic Plan initiative, the College implemented an On-Campus Student Employment program. The goal of this program is to provide students with the opportunity to learn and develop valuable career-related skills while working on campus. The program provides progressive responsibilities within many departments; in some cases providing supervisory skills. Built into the program are a performance evaluation process, professional development, career exploration and skills-based programs that help to better prepare students for life after college.
