Ingrid is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and has a Master’s degree from Appalachian State University. Her husband is a graduate of St. Mike’s and her son and daughter are current students. She enjoys working with students on their “life after college,” and helping them connect with alumni for networking and job shadowing. Her employer focus has allowed her to gain a strong background in employer relations and knowing what an organization is looking for in a candidate.

Recent News

Ingrid Peterson, director of career education, was interviewed in July by John Walters who writes the popular weekly political column for the Burlington-area weekly newspaper and website Seven Days. The column quoting Ingrid explored the phenomenon of young Vermonters being priced out of staying in Vermont.
