COVID-19 Information & Protocols
For the 2020-2021 academic year, the Registrar’s Office is encouraging students, faculty and staff to conduct as much business as possible with the office remotely. The Registrar’s Office has recently updated this website and the Registrar page in the mySMC portal. Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and phone (802-654-2571) are preferred, but the office is open during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-4:30) if you find it necessary to speak to someone in-person. Please wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.
Registrar’s Office Forms
All Registrar’s Office forms have been moved online and are accessible through the Registrar page on the mySMC portal. Students must log into the portal for the purposes of authentication in order to access most Registrar’s Office forms.
Changes to Drop/Add Process
Making schedule changes during the Drop/Add period previously required paper forms and signatures. For fall 2020 and spring 2021, registration in KnightVision Self-Service will remain open through the end of the Drop/Add period. The Spring 2021 Drop/Add period runs from January 25 (first day of classes) through February 2, 2021.
