Residential Area Descriptions
Aubin Hall (Quad Commons)
Aubin Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 105 students of upperclass students. There are some single rooms with private bathrooms as well as suites of four single bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Ryan Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 200 first year and sophomore students. Most rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles.
Lyons Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 200 first-year students. Most rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles.
Alumni Hall is a coeducational residence hall of approximately 200 first years, sophomores, and juniors. Most rooms are doubles with a limited number of singles.
Cashman, Canterbury, and Pontigny Halls
Each of these residence halls provide suite-style living for 124 first year, sophomore, junior, and senior students. Residents in Canterbury live and participate in GREAT Housing. Residents in Cashman live and participate in GEAR Housing. Students have access to a community kitchen located on each floor. These living areas offer a wide variety of common areas used for studying, programs and other student uses.
Boutin Commons (100s), 200s, 300s, 400s, and Hodson Hall
These Apartment and Townhouses are primarily occupied by seniors. While some of the townhouses located in Boutin Commons (100s) consist of double bedrooms, others in Boutin Commons (100s) as well as all units in the 200s, 300s, 400s and Hodson Hall consist of single bedrooms. The apartments also include a kitchen, bathroom and a living room.
Residence Hall 4
A new apartment-style residence hall located north of Canterbury Hall opened in Fall, 2016. Residence Hall 4 makes use of the latest developments in “green” buildings and is expected to be entirely carbon neutral. Residence Hall 4 is comprised of juniors and seniors living in 4 person apartments with 4 single bedrooms, a kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a living room.
