Finance majors must complete six required courses, one experiential course, and four elective courses. All Finance majors also need to complete a minor (or second major).
Finance-related internship placements may include corporate finance, investment banks, wealth management firms, government financial agencies, and other finance-related organizations. Typical responsibilities may involve financial analysis and modeling, portfolio analysis, securities, and market research, offering students meaningful exposure to the operational dynamics of the finance industry and helping build the skills necessary for career success.
Other students may build upon foundational business knowledge or find a unique combination between their major and a minor in Finance.
